Well Bloggy… it hasn’t been too great of a night. We had planned on signing a lease this week to one of the apartments we had looked at last week. Then tonight the girls we had planned on living with come and tell my roommate and I that their parents want them to live with the cross-country girls instead because it will be safer. So pretty much we’re screwed. So now it is just my roommate and I trying to figure out what to do. We could live in a 2 person apartment, but we decided we both would be too scared when the other one is gone. Sooo my night has been pretty depressing. I’m sad now. I wish that the girls had asked their parents earlier if it was ok to live with us girls. I feel like now we are behind on picking out a house or apartment. So now we are on the search for one or two more roommates. What a stressful night. So not only am I going to be stressing out about finals, but also about this whole housing situation. Well besides all that, I didn’t do much today. I presented my psych project and I was so nervous and talked a million words a minute. It was supposed to be 5 minutes long but it only lasted about 30 seconds I think. I was terrified. And that was my day. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do tonight for class tomorrow, but I guess I will figure out sometime. Peace Bloggy.

Happy Sunday Bloggy! It was quite a short one. I didn’t get out of bed until 4 this afternoon. I had a bit of a rough night. After I got back to the dorms after a night of some partying, I decided to make myself some Ramen noodles. That was a very bad decision. As soon as I finished eating them, I ran to the bathroom and immediately threw up. So when I woke up this morning I wasn’t feeling too well. My roommate woke up and ran to the bathroom and puked as well. It was just a great day. After I finally got out of bed, I decided I needed to shower. So I showered then my roommate and I went to Urban Outfitters to buy our secret Santa gifts that we are doing with our floor. I got my secret Santa a mug and a photo snow globe. I’m going to fill the mug up with candy as well. We were only supposed to spend $5-10, so I think that will work out well. I think we are going to exchange gifts on Wednesday, but I’m not positive. That will be exciting. I hope I get something good. I don’t want to go back to classes tomorrow. I haven’t had class since like last Tuesday, so this will be hard having a whole week of class. Oh well, after this week I only have 2 finals so it shouldn’t be too bad. Well, it’s about time for bed Bloggy, I will talk to you tomorrow.

Oh hi Bloggy. I hope you had a good Thanksgiving weekend. So this is a story my friend Nicole told me that I am relaying to you...
So I just got back from Black Friday shopping. I started sitting outside the mall at 5:30 pm after a lovely Thanksgiving meal consisting of KFC—my family doesn’t like turkey, or cooking. Sitting there outside the mall on my left was a middle-aged woman who was also waiting to get the great deals at Saks Fifth Avenue. She wanted the same Burberry scarf that I had my eye on, and I knew that when the doors opened, it would be a fight to the death… or at least a fight for the scarf. I had an alarm go off every half hour to make sure I didn’t fall asleep. As the clock ticked closer and closer to 12 am, I noticed that the lady on the left was sleeping, so I took her cell phone and turned her alarm off. I thought it was a sneaky move, but as soon as I put the cell phone back in her purse, she woke up and started yelling at me. Before she could get really angry though, the doors to Saks opened and we started sprinting to get to the scarf. As soon as I grabbed the Burberry scarf, I found a tug on the other end, and of course, it was the lady on the left. In order to win the scarf, I had to bring out my secret move—I picked up a pair of mittens and threw them in the lady’s face. She was distracted, and I made my move. The scarf was mine! I ran as fast as I could to the cash register, and fled from the store as soon as I paid, then ran straight to Moochie & Co. where I bought gifts for my precious doggy that I love very much and often speak to. Overall, I’d say I had a pretty successful Thanksgiving. Peace out Bloggy!

Happy Friday Bloggy. It has been a nice Thanksgiving break. Today I woke up at about 11 and showered and got ready for breakfast. Then my boyfriend and I went to Bob Evans and I had biscuits and gravy. It was delicious, as always. Then after that, my mom called me and told me to go to Elder Beerman’s to look at a coat on sale. I went and looked at it and told her I liked it so she went back and bought it for me for a Christmas. So now I have a new winter coat, I’m pretty excited. After that, I was walking out to the parking lot and I dropped my phone. I didn’t really think much of it though because I always drop my phone. I called my mom to tell her something then once I hung up my screen turned white. I couldn’t see anything on the inside screen whatsoever, and the outside screen wouldn’t do anything but just be white. So I went home and I was very upset and tried to find an old phone that works. I called Verizon and they activated a couple phones for me one at a time because none of them were working. I ended up with a mint-green Chocolate. One of those old ones that slide open. I can’t even make phone calls on it either. I can only have it to text, which is still better than my broken phone though. I just have to wait until Christmas until I can get a new phone. Until then I’m stuck with this tacky Chocolate. Such a sad day.

Happy Thanksgiving Bloggy! I just finished eating Thanksgiving dinner and I am SO dead. Eating that much seriously wore me out. I ate a ridiculous amount of food. I had turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, a pineapple casserole, stuffing, cranberries, rolls, and a piece of pie at the end. Also, before dinner I was starving so I pretty much ate a dinner in appetizers as well. For dinner my grandparents came over, along with my uncle, my dad’s friend, and my boyfriend. We had a pretty full table for our small living room. I can barely stay awake right now. I’m drinking some coffee and watching some football on TV. I think tonight I’m going to one of my friend’s house to see everyone that is in town. I haven’t seen most of my friends in a few months so it will be fun to see them again! I hope I can stay awake long enough to hang out with them. My little sister is going shopping tomorrow for Black Friday. She and my dad are getting up at 3:30 because they want to be at the stores around 4. I hate shopping so getting up that early to shop sounds like a horrible idea for me. I hope they pick me up some gifts while they are there. Only a month until Christmas! Woohoo! Well that’s it for my blog tonight. I can’t of much else to write about. Sweet dreams Bloggy I will talk to you tomorrow!

Hello again Bloggy. I am currently sitting around the fireplace watching my family decorate the Christmas tree. I just tried to put some ribbon around the whole tree, but it didn’t turn out as well as I wanted. Our tree is looking pretty good though. Normally we go and cut down a tree as a family and put it up together. But this year we have a fake tree that my parents put up earlier this week. We are going to Florida right before Christmas so if we put up a live tree, it would be dead by the time we got home. So I guess the fake one will work for this year. My home is beginning to look very festive. It seems pretty early to be putting up decorations, but really, Christmas is only a month away. I wonder if my parents will put up any Christmas lights this year. We have a pretty big yard and house, so it always seems pretty pointless to put up Christmas lights. Our house is pretty far back from the road, so it’s a little hard to see all the lights. We do have a few trees close to the road that my dad usually puts lights on. Hopefully he will this year so our house doesn’t look so dull at night. Well that’s about it for the night. I have to finish cooking for tomorrow! Just kidding, my family is cooking and I’m pretty much sitting and watching them. Well goodnight Bloggy!

Hey Bloggy. So today in class we watched Battlestar Galactica again. It was the second half. I didn’t get to stay the whole class period because I had to leave early. Since I left early, I missed the ending to the movie. I was about at the part where everyone started kissing. The one Asian pilot and her boyfriend captain were very relieved to see that each other had survived. It was actually pretty cute to see how excited they were. Also, the blond girl who was thrown in jail during the first half of the movie was relieved when she found out Captain Apollo was alive, but I think she was a little embarrassed to show it. I wasn’t really sure how their relationship worked. They always seemed to be mean to each other when they were around each other, but when they were apart you could tell they worried about each other’s safety. Also, I felt really bad when the other ships left all of the passengers to be killed by the Cylons. Especially when the littler girl talked about how she was excited to see her parents and how she had plans to go to dinner with them that night. It was a bit depressing when you realized that her family had actually been killed, and she would never see them again. I was getting into the movie more today than I had last week, and I kind of wanted to know what happened at the end. Maybe sometime I will rent it on my own… haha yeah right. Alright peace bloggy.

Hi Bloggy. I am very tired right now and might actually fall asleep sometime soon. It is only 7:45 but I feel like I could pass out at any minute. I have a little debacle. So I have been planning on jumping in Mirror Lake for like ever. But now I have the opportunity to go home on Tuesday night since I don’t really have any important classes going on Wednesday. I’m so undecided! I could go home Tuesday and see my family and friends for a whole extra day, or go home Wednesday and jump Tuesday night. AH so many decisions! I do realize I have 3 more years to jump, but I also have all winter break to see my family and friends. I guess there are the pros and cons for each way. I want to figure out what I’m doing though before I go to sleep tonight. My roommate is going home tomorrow so she won’t be jumping, so that’s another reason why I am feeling pressured to go home. I hate coming home to an empty room. She is telling me just to go home, there will be other years, and the other girls in the hall are telling me I have to stay. I guess I’ll figure it out soon! Until then I think I’m going to watch some TV and maybe do some homework. The girls I am living with next year made an appointment for tomorrow to look at houses and apartments with some realty company. I’m pretty excited! Cya tomorrow Bloggy.

What is going on Bloggy? I almost forgot to write to you today. It pretty much slipped my mind. Nothing really happened today.. at all. I spent all day either sleeping, eating, napping, or looking up places to live next year. That has been an issue of mine over the past week or two. I know I am living with three other girls on my floor, but I do not know where yet. I’m searching for places online and I plan on calling some realty places tomorrow. This is a pretty stressful situation though. It seems like I need to have this figured out in like a week. So if anyone knows of a four-bedroom house or apartment, they should let me know. I really want to find a place that has utilities included, such as water and gas. I feel like having that included will just make paying rent much easier. I think we are leaning towards getting an apartment, since four people isn’t really enough for a house. Either one works though. Hopefully after I make some calls tomorrow I will have at least an appointment set up to see some different places. I decided to be the one out of us 4 girls to take charge with this situation, because all of the other girls didn’t seem to be in any hurry. I just want to get a nice place though before they all fill up. Well, if anyone knows of anything feel free to let me know! It would be greatly appreciated! Goodnight Bloggy.

Hey Bloggy. Happy Saturday. So I slept in today until about noon, and then decided it was time to wake up. Tonight I am going to a 90’s themed party so I have been trying to find an outfit. Fortunately, I am going to my boyfriend’s hockey game tonight and his mom is picking me up before hand. She told me she would bring me some of her “mom jeans” to wear for tonight. All I need now is a good crop top and I am set. A girl on my floor was going to let me borrow one of hers, but she might end up wearing it. If so, I’m screwed. Anyway, some girls on my floor and I just went to Urban Outfitters to shop for crop tops. I didn’t end up getting any but I did get a few books. I got my mom a book about dreams for Christmas, and my dad a Cooking with Trader Joe’s book since he loves Trader Joe’s. I also got a book about pandas for one of my friends at home who is obsessed with pandas. I figured I could give it to her as a Christmas gift. Well now I am going to try on a few more outfits so I can be prepared for the night. Themed parties are my favorite. Well I will blog tomorrow Bloggy. Until then, it’s been great fun talking to you. Like always.
With love, Emily

Hey again Bloggy. It’s me. So I didn’t do much today. I woke up this morning and I decided going to class was not top of my priorities. So I skipped math class. Instead of going to class, I just laid in bed for about 3 hours. Eventually I decided I was being very lazy so I got out of bed and showered. After my shower I sat around in my robe, since it is no-shave-November, and watched some TV. Actually I didn’t watch the actual television, but I watched some shows online. I have started watching Desparate Housewives over from season 1, so I can fully know what is going on in the current episodes. I’m on about episode 8 now so I’m figuring everything out slowly. It’s quite dramatic. After being lazy for forever today, I went to Chipotle with my roommate. It was absolutely delicious. I got a chicken burrito bowl, with salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, chicken (obviously!), and then I also got a side of guacamole. I really like the guacamole at Chipotle, I think it’s the best guac ever. Anyway, now I’m just chillin’ in my room with some of the girls on my floor. We don’t know what we’re doing tonight, but we might just go to dinner or something because it doesn’t seem like much is going on tonight on campus. Tomorrow I think I’m going shopping with girls on my floor because I desperately need new clothes. We’re gonna go to Urban Outfitters and while we’re there I think I’m also going to buy some Christmas presents for my family. Well, I’m going to go hang out with everybody now. It has been swell as always, Bloggy. Later.
Blog 57
Hey Bloggy. So it is a little late but this blog will hopefully still count. It is not really that late. Today in class we watched Battlestar Galactica. I actually somewhat enjoyed it. I stayed awake the whole time, but I almost fell asleep. I was pretty focused during the movie since it was fairly interesting. I understood the whole plot and stuff like that, but not really the little details. Like I didn’t get all of the stuff about why they are at war and why the Cylons were striking again. I also did not get why that robot girl, I don’t remember her name, was seducing that man. She told him she was a Cylon, but I didn’t understand the whole plot behind the man the woman. Maybe later in the mini series I will find out. Anyway, about the show. I liked the whole drama about the one captain and his father. Apparently his father wanted one of his sons to become a fighter pilot. That son was obviously not meant to be a fighter pilot, and apparently he was killed during one of his battles. We do not know much about that situation, but hopefully we will learn about it during the next half of the mini series. Well I believe that is about my 250 words for the night, and I really should be heading off to sleep. Sweet dreams Bloggy, and I cannot wait to blog about anything tomorrow. Yayy talk to you tomorrow!

Blog 56
Once again, hello my fellow Bloggy. Today was yet another day in college, nothing too special really. I’ve been working on my math webwork since about 2 o’clock and I haven’t seemed to get much done in that time. It’s either I will sit on my Facebook and creep on people, or work on the math problems and fail miserably. I keep trying some of these problems over and over and I can never get the right answer. I know how to do the problems too, I just don’t know where I’m going wrong. So now I just have to wait for these two boys on my floor to come home so they can help me with the problems. I can never finish a webwork all by myself. I always need some sort of help with at least one problem. I’m really glad I have a bunch of people on my floor in the same class, so that I can always get help when I need it. After I finish this blog, I think I’m going to go eat dinner at Marketplace. I haven’t been there in forever. I used to eat there quite frequently, but Union is just so much closer to me that I’ve been eating it more. I’m not sure what I’ll get to eat tonight. I hope they have a good soup I can get. I love getting soup. Broccoli cheddar is my favorite one, and usually Marketplace has it. Well that’s my 250 words! Talk to you more tomorrow, Bloggy!

Hey Bloggy. I’m sure you’ve already heard, but there was a bomb threat in four buildings at OSU today. It was pretty scary. My roommate woke me up and told me she saw a bunch of Facebook statuses about it, and I got really freaked out so I woke up and looked on osu.edu, and sure enough, I saw that there was indeed a bomb threat. A bunch of streets were closed off, and I decided not to go to my morning class because I was too freaked out. We were watching Nick Jr. in my room and there was a constant message about the threats, so that made things even scarier. We stayed in our room and watched Franklin because my roommate was also too afraid to go to class. I guess everything is fine now because I haven’t heard anything about it for a while, but it’s crazy that something like that happened. Hopefully it was just a meaningless threat and someone just thought they were being funny, even though it’s actually not funny at all. On the bright side, no buildings were bombed and I don’t have to skip class tomorrow. I hate skipping class because I thoroughly enjoy learning, but I went to my afternoon class today because I overcame my fear of being bombed. Anyway, I hope something like this doesn’t happen again because it was pretty frightening. Some of the girls on my floor were so nonchalant about it and that just made me even more nervous instead of calming me down. People are strange. TTFN Bloggy!

Blog 54
So when exactly does this blogging thing end? As much as I enjoy this one-sided conversation, Bloggy, it’s getting kind of old. Blogging is always the last priority on my list and it always seems I have other things I should be taking care of. I know it really isn’t too difficult to come up with 250 words to blog about, but it is just a major inconvenience. All I’m doing is talking to you about the little details from my day. Why should I have to talk to a computer when I have other friends to talk to? I have other things going on in my life too, which I don’t enjoy blogging during. Like for example, right now I could be reading that CP thing that we have to do or printing out my one draft for tomorrow. Or I could be doing my math homework that is due tomorrow. More importantly, I could be lying in bed watching TV and resting up for my big day ahead of me tomorrow. I am a major procrastinator, so when it comes to blogging I put it off until as late as I can. I wish we only had to blog on weeknights though, that would be ideal. It seems like the only days I have missed blogging were on Fridays or Saturdays. I always just have other things on my mind so school work isn’t a main concern. Well that was my rant for the night. Time to do all my other work. Sweet dreams Bloggy

Hey there Bloggy. I’ve been sitting here in my room studying for math and writing my psych paper for a very long time. I think my roommate is sad because she has no one to play with, but I just have so much work to get done and it sucks. I have a math exam tomorrow that I really want to do well on, and I have a psych paper due tomorrow as well. I only have 300 more words to go in my psych paper, and then I’m done! But I still have to study math all night so it’s not like finishing my psych paper will grant me freedom or anything. Oh well. Today was a boring day. I went to Bruegger’s with my roommate for breakfast and then basically did nothing besides homework and studying all day. I was feeling sick all weekend but now I feel better which is good because I couldn’t really eat a lot while I was sick. I’m getting pretty excited for the Michigan game, and I can’t wait to jump in Mirror Lake even though it’s going to be extremely cold and probably really dirty, but oh well. It happens. I am also looking forward to going home for Thanksgiving because I’ll get to see my family and friends, and that’s always fun, but it kind of sucks that I’ll only be home for two or three days because of the Michigan game. Gotta represent my Buckeyes, wahoo! Anyway, I’m gonna go study for math and finish my psych paper, catch ya on the flip side Bloggy.

As fun as food poisoning may sound, making 1000s of trips to an unfamiliar toilet was quite the opposite. OU was a bust due to my suddenly contracted illness. It’s OK though, I got to spend some quality time with my dear friend Alexis. It’s a funny thing, bathrooms. They tell you a lot about where you are. For instance, in this particular OU bathroom, the code of conduct was posted on the wall. Rule #11 was “no sitting on the toilets if you have herpes”. I felt this was both appropriate yet rarely given advice. I took from that that the residents of Treudley hall must be honest, straightforward people. And I like that, it’s refreshing to find people who tell it like it is. In other news, some girl just walked by my room dressed similarly to how I feel Snooki would dress were she an avid OSU fan. I’m not sure what this newfound fascination for Bump its and over tanning is all about, nor do I know when it will end but I hope I will understand the answer to both before I die. Putting that on my bucket list. Buckeyes won today, solid. Some may consider my lack of game attendance to be poor school spirit, but I say I can better analyze the game from my futon. As it turns out, those yellow lines that tell you where first down would be aren’t actually painted on the field (what?!). No wonder Canadians play hockey.

Happy Friday Bloggy! Tonight I’m going to OU to visit some of my friends from high school. I’m pretty excited. Although I have a lot to do this weekend, I figured I wasn’t going to get much done tonight anyway. And since I have some friends driving to OU from OSU, I decided it would be best if I hitched a ride. So right now I’m trying to get some of my homework and studying done so I’m not totally stressed on Sunday. I’m sure I will be either way though. I’ve finished about 2 pages of my psych paper, so I still have a little ways to go on that. I haven’t started studying for math yet, which is a little bit of a problem. I hate cramming, which is what I will end up doing Sunday night. I’m leaving around 6 tonight, so I still have a couple of hours to finish some of this paper. The only other things I need to do are shower and pick out some clothes for tonight then I will be set. I was watching 8 Simple Rules a little bit ago, but now it changed to Full House. I pretty much watched every episode of Full House as a child, so this is just another rerun that I’ve already seen. I really should turn the TV off though so I can get my studying done. Well I will Blog tomorrow, talk to you later Bloggy.

The weather is so great today. It is so warm and I love it. A few girls and I are sitting out on the oval right now, attempting to get some of our homework done. Everyone is out playing with their dogs. It makes me miss my dog very much. My 8 page psych paper due on Monday is not working out so well right now. I’ve been sitting out here for probably an hour not, and I don’t even have a paragragh done. So that is why I have decided to blog. It’s really nice not having class today, but it’s a bummer all the swipe food places are closed. I hate spending actual money on food.
I ate subway for lunch. I really wanted Chipotle, but the line was out the door. And I was starving so I didn’t feel like waiting in the line. Actually I would’ve stood in the line, but no one that was with me wanted to wait. So we agreed on Subway. It wasn’t really what I wanted, but I ate it anyway. I’m still craving some Chipotle. Maybe I will get it for dinner. The line will still be long though since everyone is forced to eat at places other than the Union and Marketplace. I really just wanted a panini today, but I will have to wait until tomorrow. Boo. Well I think I’m going to head back to the dorms now considering I am getting nothing done outside. Hopefully I finish my paper by tonight so I can just be done with it for the weekend. I doubt it though. Adios Bloggy

Hey again Bloggy. It’s me, the only person that talks to you every single day. I just got done watching Valentines Day. It was actually pretty cute. I heard a lot of mixed reviews about it but I enjoyed it for the most part. Taylor Swift in it though kind of made me hate her. She is a horrible actor. During the movie I ate about 10 lbs of puppy chow. Not a good choice on my part. I’m not feeling too hot right about now. So no class tomorrow!!!! I’m so excited! Earlier today I was like, I think I’m going to take it easy and just go to the movies tonight with some people on my floor. Well, I changed my mind. Now I’m going out. So that means I have to shower and do my hair and pick out something to wear. I would love going out in just sweats and a tee shirt. That’s why guys have it so easy. Most guys can just throw on some shorts or jeans and a tee shirt and look good, where girls spend hours picking out their outfit. Also, most boys don’t have to worry about make up and hair. I mean I know some guys do their hair, and occasionally some wear make up? But for the most part, I think girls have it a little rougher than the guys. So now I’m going to go pick out something to wear. Everyone have fun tonight and tomorrow! Peace Bloggy

Yo Bloggy. What’s up? I’m not doing much. I’m just sitting here in my robe. I’ve been wearing it for about an hour now. I’ve decided that it’s no clothes November. Great idea, right? Well I don’t think it’s going to work out too well when I have to go to class in the morning. Alright. So I’m watching Glee right now, and let me tell you, this episode is pretty intense. Not only has Kurt met another gay friend, but also he was kissed by one of the football players at his school. Kurt is majorly confused now. He is still currently the only openly gay kid at his school, and gets bullied for it all the time. Kurt finally stands up to one of the kids who has been bullying him. Instead of a punch, which Kurt was expecting, the boy kissed him. So now we know there is more than one gay kid on the show. I guess Kurt’s character on Glee is a pretty big topic in the news and stuff. He’s the most relevant TV character today. Many kids and also adults can relate to him, and he is getting kids to be more comfortable with whom they truly are. Since this is very popular show, his character is getting much publicity. I’ve heard of parents and kids writing letters and thanking him for playing a role like this. I guess it kind of helps society accept being gay. This kind of ties in with a few of the papers I read today. Well that’s it for tonight Bloggy! Happy no-clothes November!

It’s Monday again Bloggy. It seems like the weeks go by so slow and the weekends just fly by. Mondays are 90210 nights, so I was excited to see the new episode. My roommate has been in California since Wednesday night and she still isn’t back so my room is very lonely. It was a little scary sleeping in the room alone last night. I get scared pretty easily so I just got a little freaked out. She comes home tonight though around midnight or 1, so I will be able to sleep fine tonight. Not that I can’t sleep well in a room by myself. I’m not that weird I swear. Well I finished revising my CP paper tonight. Also I finished my math paper homework, and some of the Webwork, so I shouldn’t have that much to do tomorrow. I have a paper for my psych class due next Monday which I need to get started on. It’s an 8 page paper on a research experiment I need to design. I have to come up with an experiment, hypothesis, how the study would be done, the expected results, and stuff like that. I have NO clue what my study should be on though. He told us to try to pick something that interests us, but I can’t think of anything. Some kids from previous years measured things like the effect of balding men in the business world or how certain therapies effected a person’s skill in a certain sport. Well.. If you have any ideas for me they would be greatly appreciated. Goodnight Bloggy!

So this was a pretty chill weekend. My boyfriend came to pick me up on Friday so I could surprise my little sister this weekend. It’s her 12th birthday so I figured the best gift for her would be to see me. So I filled my dad in on the plan and he helped me out a bit. Every Friday my sister walks to Greater’s after school with all of her friends. My dad usually picks her up around 515 so I told my dad I would pick her up instead. I texted her around 5 just to ask what she was doing. She was SO excited to hear from me responded with “EMILY!! HI!! I’M AT GREATERS DAD’S ABOUT TO PICK ME UP!! HOW ARE YOU?!” So about 10 minutes later I called her when I was in Greater’s parking lot. She was so confused as to where I was and why I was calling her. I snuck in the door and came up behind her and she was just ecstatic. She immediately started crying and hugging me, telling me it was the best day ever. Eventually she stopped crying, so I took her home so I could see my dad and brother. My mom was out of town this weekend so I didn’t get to see my whole family, but it was pretty close. My sister, brother, dad and I went to J. Alexander’s on Friday, this nice restaurant by our house. I got a salad, filet mignon, and mashed potatoes. It was delicious. So everyone was happy I came home this weekend, but it’s nice to be back at OSU. It’s going to be a busy week! Peace Bloggy.

Hey Bloggy. I’m currently watching spongebob. It’s a newer episode I think because I haven’t seen it before. It’s the one where Spongebob and Patrick get these new whistles and keep playing them obnoxiously. Obviously, Squidward isn’t too pleased with the noises so he tries to run away from the two whistles. Finally Squidward takes the whistle from Spongebob for himself. He ends up making ridiculous noises with the whistle and disturbs all of he peace in Bikini Bottom. The people of Bikini Bottom start a riot to try and get Squidward to stop whistling. The riot doesn’t accomplish anything but make more trouble in the city. In the end Squidward ends up taking the wheel to a gasoline truck and driving through the whole city with it. The whole city watches him drive off of a cliff in the truck, and applauds after the cliff destroys him and the whistle. Unfortunately, Squidward does not die, but lives because of the whistle, which was in his mouth. The whistle saved his life, so the doctor did not take it out of his throat when they were helping him. When Squidward is all bandaged up in the hospital, Spongebob and Patrick come to visit and bring their whistles so they can “comfort” Squidward. It was a pretty funny episode, but I can never really retell episodes of Spongebob as well as they were performed. I will blog again tomorrow! I’m about to go to dinner with my dad and sister! See you Bloggy!

When I was in high school, I would always hang out with my friend Sarah after school. We would basically just relax on my couch and watch TV, pretty much the only thing I had planned as far as after-school activities go. I started to notice a pattern in these after school hangouts. Sarah would inevitably receive a phone call, remain on the line for about a minute, and then quickly hang up. She would say something had come up and she needed to leave. I was confused as to why she was leaving so abruptly, but I didn’t question it. Eventually I couldn't overlook the puzzling situation, and I decided to confront her about it. Upon my confrontation, Sarah told me that her mom was an alcoholic. The phone calls she was receiving were from her little brother and sister, pleading her to come home. At that moment I realized Sarah was much more of an adult that I had ever imagined. Because her mother had a drinking problem, she had to take up one of the parenting roles in her family. Her father worked all day, so he wasn’t able to take care of Sarah and her siblings until he got home. Until then, it was Sarah’s responsibility to feed her siblings, get them to school and practices on time, and tuck them into bed at night. Even though she was still considered a child herself, Sarah had many more responsibilities than the average 16-year old. Due to the complications in her family, she was forced to behave as an adult and take on adult responsibilities.

Hey Bloggy. I have a pretty good story to tell you. It may be a little embarrassing but whatever. So after class today, my jeans were really hurting my skin for some reason, especially on my butt. So I change into some sweats and realize there are some red marks on my butt. Obviously I go check myself out in the mirror, and realize that I have red marks in the shape of a toilet seat on my butt. So I was pretty concerned. So I told my roommate she had to look at it so I mooned her. First off, she was absolutely disgusted. But after she got over seeing my butt, she was also concerned about my rash as well. I had no clue what it was, and then I thought to myself… maybe you really could get STD’s from the toilet seats… So I showed some of the girls on my floor and they realized it wasn’t an STD but that our housekeeping just recently washed the toilets. Turns out I’m allergic to the cleaning supplies they used. How great. So I told some people on my floor and like 3 other girls have the same thing! Why would the housekeeping use a soap that hurt so many people? But that’s what I get for sitting on the toilet seats I guess. Pretty disgusting, I know. So that was my day. My butt burns and it hurts to sit. Talk to you tomorrow Bloggy! Peace out.

Bloggy! So I sent in my absentee application to vote earlier last week, but I still haven’t received anything else about it. Apparently they count the votes up to 10 days after the election. I’m really not too worried about it though. My dad really wanted me to vote, but I feel like it’s a little pointless if I don’t have too much of an opinion. Especially since I’m at college, I really don’t know what all the issues are from home that I want to get passed. My dad told me what his opinions were on the topics but I don’t want to vote for something just because he did. I think it’s important to have my own opinion and not just believe in something because someone else does. So I really need to get started on this Commonplace paper... I’m such a procrastinator. I currently am STARVING. I want to go to the Union and get some sushi. I haven’t had it in like a week I think, which is probably a new record. I took my psych exam this morning. It wasn’t too bad!! I recognized about everything on the test, so I knew I studied all of the right things. Now I just have to wait for my professor to post the grades, which will probably take a week knowing him. Well, it’s about time I start my CP paper for tomorrow, hopefully I can use one of the stories I blogged about earlier. I wrote those so quick they’re probably horrible though. Peace out Bloggy.

Bloggy! No English class today! YAY! I loved having the rest of my afternoon off. Once I got out of my one class at 12:18 I was done! So my roommate and I went to some random girl’s house on 18th to pick up my roommate’s buckID. This weekend she had lost it and this girl messaged Allie on Facebook and told her she found it. Boy was Allie excited. After that, we went and got lunch at the union. It was delicious like always. I worked on some homework and tried to nap for about 15 minutes. I worked out again today! That is such an accomplishment for me. Two days in a row is a pretty big deal. Now I’m working on my blog so I can spend the rest of the night studying for my psych exam tomorrow. It will be the death of me. For some reason I just don’t understand anything in psych. Like I’m good with memorization but I just can’t get the concepts. And unfortunately, the whole test is about the concepts. This past week I’ve just been going through all the key words and notes from the chapter and typing them out. So tonight I will finish with the notes, then print my notes out and try and memorize them. I’m not sure if that’s the best idea but that’s how it will be done. I never used to study in high school for anything, so this whole studying situation is still new to me. Wish me luck Bloggy!

And yet another Monday has passed Bloggy. It was a pretty productive one though. After my classes this morning I went to the Union and got lunch, sushi and a side salad, like always. Then I came back to the room at about 1:30 and took a nap for about an hour and a half. I only planned on sleeping for 20 minutes but I woke up to my phone ringing and it was already 3 o’clock. I was actually a little upset. Then some of the girls on my floor made me go work out with them. I never work out. That was my second time working out since I started school. So after I worked out I called my parents to tell them what I had accomplished. They were so proud. I went to my room and worked on some homework for a while until I got hungry again. Then my roommate and I went to the Union and I got a big salad and a yogurt. I ended up eating my roommate’s soup too. After a few more hours of studying, homework, Facebook and Twitter, we decided to order Insomnia Cookies. Very good decision. I ordered a brownie with cookie dough on it and some giant peanut butter chocolate cookie. I ended up eating them both, which probably wasn’t too smart because then I got a stomach ache. I watched the new 90210 tonight; it was pretty intense. It’s always intense though. You know what else is intense? Camping. Get it? One of my favorite jokes by far. Well that was my day Bloggy, I hoped you enjoyed hearing about it.
xoxo
